Reply I could not figure out why one of my Facebook business pages was not public. Thanks to your suggestion I found that I had a country restriction set…. Reply Nothing can compare the anonymity and excellence of prxy servers that are exclusive.Someone must be logged in, in order to view your page. Maybe it takes some time for the changes to be recognized by Facebook? Have you tried using different browsers Firefox, Chrome, Internet Explorer? without facebook login —it shows “content not found” …Help Although my page - Blogspot is showing…
Would be nice if it could be viewed via their computer or phone alike. At this time (July 2013) click on “Edit Page” at the top of the page, then the “Edit Settings” option in the drop down menu.
On the “Settings” tab, Click “edit” to check your setting – and then make any changes.
If you’re Facebook page is well optimized by having a filled out “about” page, link to your website, you post regularly, you have more than a handful of fans, you’ve got some engagement on the page etc…. (2) Feel free to leave the link to your Facebook page so we can take a quick look (3) These days (and this can change again any day – since Facebook is always changing how it functions) But, these days Facebook is wanting people to be logged-in, in order to view a Facebook page. The best choice is to follow best practices, and be sure you don’t have any settings checked that will limit your audience unnecessarily. I have a url that is three words when I went to set it up fb would not allow me to put spaces so I set up Inthecove.
At this moment (March 2013) a person who is not logged-in can see partial page information, but not full page info. Now when people put in the search in the facebook search bar it does not show up.
Again, FB is changing their search algorithm, based on social graph, there will be a difference in the FB search results soon.
Reply Thank you so much Evotive for your useful sharing.
Log out of Facebook You may want to clear your cache (on your browser) as well. Click “Manage Permissions” on the left hand side “Country Restrictions” If you have a restriction your page will not be public.
Now enter in your Facebook URL, and when it pulls up your page do you see the generic Facebook page asking you to sign up or login? Someone must be logged in, in order to view your page.
Someone must be logged in, in order to view your page. The red arrows point to the four areas of restrictions. You’ll also get our monthly Newsletter filled with great marketing tips, current marketing trends and valuable information you can use for your business Hi Aileen, Great info. There are a number of reasons it’s good to have your Facebook set to be seen by the public. One reason is that not everyone is one Facebook; hard to believe, we know. My questions about facebook is that I noticed over the weekend that the tagging is not working. So is mine, but I see no way to remove this restriction; 13 appears to be the least restrictive option available. and all of the options came up like my profile, home page, and everything like that. The way to know if you have a page (not a personal profile) is there will be a “Like” button under the cover photo near the right hand side.
I just checked mine and I had made it for over age 13. The easier it is for people to see and share your content, the better! Well, I should say that when I tag someone else, they are not seeing it over at their page. Reply Hi Jason, unfortunately for all of us it look like Facebook has made this new change. Since writing this post a few weeks ago, Facebook seems to have made a recent change. but when i click on any of thes options nothing shows up. If you have a personal profile, it will have a “friend” button. i understand the difference between page and profile—that’s what i am saying my personal profile( showing content not found when some log out from facebook.
Any help would be great Cheers Andrew Reply A couple of things: (1) If you are logged in to Facebook and still can’t access or see your page, that’s a problem. I was looking for this particular information for a very long time. Reply HI there, Did they change it back so that you can make your Facebook page completely public to anyone with the need to be logged in?Tags: Adult Dating, affair dating, sex dating
